OATMEAL

This is the best way to end your suffering from constipation . .

It is rich in fibers. . (nakakaumay nga lang)

Nowadays kasi hindi na regular ang bowel habit ko kaya bumili ako ng maraming Oatmeal. .

Akala ko ako lang ang constipated ngayon dito sa bahay. .

SYEETT!!

Hindi pala, hindi ako nag-iisa. .

Anak ng paksyet naman pati DAGA kumakain na rin ng oatmeal ngayon. .

Ano nakikisabay sila sa pagbabago na sinasabi ni Noynoy??

Inubos ng daga yung oatmeal ko, palibhasa nasa taas lang ng drawer ko nakalagay yung mga yun. .

Ang tanging tinira nila ay ang mga kadiring tira-tira sa plastic at mga kalat ng butil ng oatmeal sa drawer ko. .

Hindi na ako magiging mabait sa daga. .

Hindi na ako fan ng ratatouille. . .LOL

baka sakaling malaman ko na kung anu talaga ang gusto ko sa buhay ko. .
ang maging duktor para maipagamot ang mga may sakit! LOL!
